- The Use of the Platform is for free.
- Collaboration:
- Each virteos Partner will provide the other virteos Partner on an ongoing basis with information about work conducted for Common Client(s) observing confidentiality norms.
- The firm performing a referred engagement shall be solely responsible for arranging with the referring firm’s client the scope and terms of the performing firm’s services, including the billing and collection of fees in that regard.
- Each party shall treat the confidential information furnished to it by the other Virteos Partner hereto as confidential and shall take or cause to be taken such reasonable precautions as are necessary to prevent disclosure of it to any other Virteos Partner for an unlimited period and no marketing or commercial use shall be made by any Virteos Partner based on such information without the prior written consent of the other Virteos Partner.
- Clients:
- The names of the clients are strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed.
- Deregistration:
- Each virteos Partner can deregister from the platform with 4 weeks notice. The Deregistration has to be announced to community.admin@virteos.at.
- The deregistration shall be executed within 4 weeks after reception of this notice at the latest. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the substantive Austrian law.
